Admit Ones

If you are a Ceroc UK or Ceroc Passion member you can buy Admit One tickets at a discounted price which will give you free entry when the admission is £8.00 or less.

If you hand in an Admit One ticket at either a regular night or a weekend event you pay nothing if the admission price is £8.00 or less.  If admission is over £8.00 you pay the difference.

These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

Purchasing From Us
To purchase from us you must be 18 years old or over.  When you click on the ‘Buy Now’ button you will be asked to create a Ceroc profile (if you don’t have one).  Your profile can be used for future purchases.  When you select the Admit One pack that you wish to purchase the online transaction will take place on a secure server (https) through Barclays Mercantile.  Ceroc UK Ltd or Ceroc Passion do not store your credit card information on our systems.  By submitting your online or telephone order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to couriers and other subcontractors if necessary).  We will not use your personal details for other purposes without asking your consent.  You may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above.
Postage costs for delivery in the UK are included in the Admit One pack price you are ordering but you may be required to pay an additional sum if you require delivery outside of the UK.  If this is the case we will notify you using the information you supplied. 
Your order is accepted by us only when we have received full payment.  Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided.  This confirmation email will contain information about your order, delivery and customer service information.

Goods

You will receive the quantity of Admit Ones you have ordered.  Each Admit One is uniquely numbered.   

Usage

Each Admit One card can only be used once and must be surrendered when you use it at a regular Ceroc night, freestyle or event.  One Admit One card will give one person free entry where the admission price is £8.00 or less.  If the admission price is less than £8.00 you will not be reimbursed.  If the admission price is greater than £8.00 you will pay the difference.  For example, you will be required to pay £2.00 if using an Admit One at an event with a £10.00 admission charge.  Admit Ones may be given as gifts to a third party but may not be re-sold.  This type of Admit One is only accepted at Ceroc venues that are listed on www.ceroc.uk.com and www.cerocpassion.com

Delivery
We will use the address you have provided to send your order by first class recorded delivery.  A signature will be required on delivery.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after it is accepted.  In most cases this will be the same working day or the next working day if your order is received after 3:00 pm or at the weekend.  

Liability
Should you not receive the goods you ordered within 14 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (or email) at our customer service address of the problem within 28 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Our only obligation if you receive the wrong quantity of Admit Ones will be, at your option:  a.  to make good any shortage or non-delivery or b.  to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.  Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you have received the Admit Ones before you cancel your order then you must send them back to our customer service address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible and we advise you to take insurance as if we do not receive the goods we will not be able to process a refund. We will process a refund PROVIDED THAT the Admit Ones are returned by you and are received by us and the unique Admit One number has not been defaced or been marked by us as used. If you do not return the Admit Ones or do not pay the costs of delivery to us, we cannot process a refund. In all cases we will only refund Admit Ones that we receive from you within 28 days of our original delivery date. In all cases of order cancellation or refunds we will retain 15% of your orders original order value which will be deducted from any refund. Monetary refunds will be made by cheque.

Other Information
Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
All payments must be made at the time of placing the order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo).
